We recently built a duplex with the team at Naliba and are really pleased with the end result. We met the team through family friends who also built with them. From the beginning the staff were very friendly, transparent and inviting. Prior to choosing them as our preferred builder, we visited 2 of their projects which were at different stages of construction and this gave us confidence that they delivered quality homes and it wasn’t just a sales pitch.

Being our first build, we were stressed and anxious in the beginning, but thanks to the team at Naliba, we managed to build an amazing home and had their support with every decision. They maintained integrity, honesty and transparency throughout the whole progress which in this day and age, is hard to find in any industry. Family and friends tend to ask me when they come to visit our home and are wowed by the finished product “how did the builder go? Did you walk away on good terms? Did they finish everything and come back for defects?” When our response is nothing but positive and people are surprised by our answer, we know we chose the right builder.

I was originally put onto these boys through a family member which recommended them,this is where I met I bet the team from Naliba. The boys helped us getting a beautifully designed granny flat that surpasses our initial expectation and within budget. The quality of the build is high and I am especially impressed by his management and supervision capabilities when doing this big project considering his young age and the distance between his home (Sydney) and this project (Newcastle).

Whenever we have questions/uncertainty, he can find solutions in a fast manner and assure us. Entering the property market and buying your first ever home epitomises the highest level of stress, matched by very few things in life. One thing which is also quite stressful, if not equally such, is renovating your home, to achieve your dream kitchen and laundry. The stress of entrusting the structural integrity of your house and home to builders, as well as hoping they achieve your ideal design layout and finish is quite stressful.

The 'what if' scenarios typically dilute your thought processes, hindering the opportunity of coherent, well-thought ideas. These 'what if' scenarios are typically exacerbated if you're not in a trade or physical profession, like my wife and I.
